Preparing Your Wings
Coat your wings in the marinade of your choice and allow to sit in the fridge for 4-12 hours. You can use any type of marinade you’d like. Some of our favorite options include:
- Yellowbird hot sauce
- Melted butter with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and a little bit of brown mustard.
What you add to your marinade and how much is dependent on your personal preferences. We like our wings hot. If you’re looking for something milder, you can opt for buffalo sauce, which has a little less of a kick.

Place your Pork Panko Breadcrumbs in a bowl. Coat each of your wings in a layer of crispy crumbs.

Air Frying Your Wings to Crispy Perfection
Place your wings in your air fryer. Cook for 15 mins at 360 degrees.
We have a Nuwave 6 qt digital fryer, and we love it! Air fryers are great because you can cook all of your favorite fried foods with little to no oil.
Flip your wings and cook for another 5 mins.
Check the temperature of your wings. Your wings will be crisped to perfection once they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
